Although the weather was mixed on Saturday it didn’t spoil the atmosphere or Barbeque in Worcestershire for 70 wedding guests.

Food was served in the local village hall which had been decked out with bunting, dressed chairs and tables and looked fantastic. I had provided 4 serving staff and they were very busy before the guest arrived ensuring all the drinks were chilled and that the salads and coleslaw dishes were freshly prepared. I was cooking outside and the bride has requested that all the food was bought to the tables, so effectively it was a sit down Wedding breakfast with me barbecuing in the Worcestershire sun and rain!

We supplied all the food on wooden boards, so freshly made burgers, sausages and fresh chicken breast. I presented the food on the wooden boards and the staff carried them in and presented a board between two people, it really did look very effective and if you are looking for Wedding catering at a reasonable price then this is definitely a way forward. The serving staff then cleared all the tables, topped up drinks and served sweets. The evening ended with me serving bacon rolls and I mean “proper” back bacon in soft white rolls with brown or red sauce available
