  • DEPOSITS – A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking – this is un refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
  • BALANCE/PAYMENTS – payable by credit or debit card or bank transfer -not refundable if you cancel the event within 20 days of event. The balance is required 14 days before the event.
  • CHANGES – menu choices and numbers can be changed up to 14 days before the event but not after.
  • SERVICE –  Food service is between 1 and 2 hours, extended service is available for a supplementary payment.
