  • DEPOSIT – When your booking is accepted by Hogroast Redditch Co., a £100 non refundable deposit is due immediately to secure your date.
  • BALANCE/PAYMENTS – Payable by credit or debit card or bank transfer -not refundable if you cancel the event within 20 days of event. The balance is required 14 days before the event.
  • CHANGES – Final changes can be made up to 20 days before the event, these changes should not reduce the original quotation value.
  • SERVICE –  Food service is between 1 and 2 hours. Extended food service can be requested and will be chargeable
  • QUOTATION  -The quotation provided is for a period of 6 months.  If your event has been booked with more than a 6 month lead-time, it MAY be necessary to reasonably adjust your prices in line with inflation.
