“Brazilian Burgers & Welsh Dragon sausages -from Hog Roast Redditch Co

Burgers and sausages made fresh from our local butchers  

I did a Pig Roast in Worcestershire last week, it was for a corporate event, the sun was shining and 100 people attended. Great fun with lots of games, everyone said what a happy and motivating day it was. I love doing this sort of catering for corporate events as the fun is infectious.

We had two waitresses as well, ensuring everyone was well fed and watered. Jugs of Pimms, Bucks Fizz and bottles of beer were on offer, both of which go down really well on a hot day. I served a traditional pig roast, which included all the rolls, stuffing, apple-sauce and juicy, mouth watering pulled pork with lots of crispy crackling.

We also served hot dog with the new “Welsh Dragon” sausages, this is pork mixed with leek and chilli – they are scrumptious, together with this we also served “Brazilian Burgers” this is best minced beef mixed with lime and chilli, the talk of course was mostly football world cup related, so the chilli theme went down well in the Worcestershire countryside tied in with a traditional hog roast. Let’s hope we are celebrating an England win with a delicious pig roast in Worcestershire again very soon
