We are seeing 2014 coming to a close and at Hog Roast Redditch we are really looking forward to 2015. We have some real treats lined up and special offers that we will be running throughout the year.

The current offers are for events booked this year for 2015. I have held the 2014 prices and we are recommending;

The Whole Deal – this provides enough food for at least 40 covers and consists of a choice of 3 canapés, choice of 2 salads, Hog Roast (this includes the hog, fresh rolls, apple-sauce and stuffing)a choice of dessert and a glass of Champagne or Bucks Fizz. Serving staff are also provided.

We have provided this option throughout 2014 and it has been really successful at corporate events and particularly at weddings. We have done many weddings this year and I would really recommend that bookings are made as soon as possible for 2014. You really can’t be early enough. I like to provide a personal service, so although I offer deals such as the one above, we also cater for specific wishes and look after, fish lovers and vegetarians, not just meat eaters.

A very popular choice this year has been Pulled Pork and I expect this to be all the rage next year as well. It takes twice as long to cook the pig (over 15 hours) and on a very low heat and a lot of care is taken to ensure it is really moist and succulent, it literally pulls off the bone with hardly any effort, I serve this with a spicy coleslaw salad and a tangy sauce either in rolls or in a wrap.

Barbecues with fish, vegetarian and meat courses are well liked also and we tend to do these for many covers (80+) and provide waiting staff, who will also prepare and serve the canapés at the event, so they are very fresh.
