We were booked on Saturday 24th July to provide a Hog Roast for a wedding reception for 150 people.
What a glorious setting. The Farm is set in 50 acres of land and by a lake, there were tipis and lights, the weather was good and the food went down very well.
We provided the hog with crispy crackling, apple sauce and stuffing in fresh bread rolls, we were also ask to cater for 10 vegetarians too, so we took along some good quality burgers, garlic mushrooms and vegetables and halloumi.
We have just had an email from the bride “Thank you so much for all the amazing efforts you put into our special day on Wednesday! Although I was so in the moment I completely forgot to eat much at all (including your hog roast!), I heard that your food was just delicious, as I knew it would be. Thank you so much again.
