Hog Roasts are as popular as ever, especially for large parties as you can feed a lot of people with delicious pulled pork rolls, fairly quickly and at a really good price, but what is also proving increasingly popular now is Paella.

Hog Roast Redditch offers 2 variations of Paella. Valencia – this consists of the rice, chicken, chorizo, cod, mussels and calamari cooked with sweet peppers and red onions, authentic Spanish spices and topped off with Serrano Ham and we also offer the Marisco Paella, this is a seafood only dish and contains the same ingredients as the Valencia, but with no meat and added langoustines and King Prawns. 

We serve both dishes with a green mixed leaf salad and crusty bread rolls. Paella -they look and taste pretty spectacular and offer a change to BBQ’s or Hog Roasts.
