Birmingham City Ladies Football Team

I did a pig roast for Birmingham City Women’s Football club, a really good night and excellent turn out. Succulent pork and crunchy crackling with fresh rolls, apple- sauce and sage and onion stuffing was the order of the day. I see the team did well to get to the Quarter Finals but then unfortunately lost 2-1 to Arsenal ladies, well done to get that far and  thank-you for giving Redditch Hog Roast the opportunity to do the catering for your event.

I am gearing up for several functions over the next weeks, the weather is looking good, we have a 40^th party coming up in Ombersley where we are catering for 50 people with a Barbecue including minted lamb, chicken skewers, hot dogs and various salads, then we have a wedding function in Warwickshire where we are catering in the afternoon, starting with a selection of canapés followed by a barbeque and then a hog roast for the evening.
