A busy weekend with pig roasts in Warwickshire and BBQ’s in the West Midlands.

Well it was a busy weekend with pig roasts in Warwickshire and BBQ’s in the West Midlands.

The weather was somewhat unfortunate last Saturday but it did not dampen the spirits of 70 people in Solihull who had booked a pig roast for a wedding reception. Traditional succulent pulled pork, apple sauce and stuffing with fresh bread rolls was the order of the day and between our gazebo and the splendid marquee, the rain really didn’t make a difference. Thank you Deirdre for booking Hog Roast Redditch Company.

BARBECUE FANCY DRESS 80s Night - MOSELEY OXFORD ROAD

On Saturday night, where the weather had taken a turn for the better, we did a BBQ in Moseley, Birmingham for 80 people, hot dogs and burgers went down well, it was a fun night with everyone dressed in 70’s gear, I always dress in 70’s gear, sp felt at home!

On the Sunday – by now the weather was absolutely gorgeous, we did a Hog Roast in Astwood Bank for 50 people, it was for an 80th birthday party, thank you Michelle & Dave for booking me, everyone seemed to be having a fantastic time.

Pork sausages for BBQs still seem to be the favourite, but we are able to provide lots of different flavours, the traditional hog roast is also the one that is booked time and again, but we are also able to provide many different rubs, herbs and spices and can do other meats as well, juicy lamb with garlic and rosemary being my particular favourite.
