This year I have tested out lots of “rubs” for your Hog, Lamb and Beef roasts. All of the Roasts are accompanied by fresh rolls or wraps, stuffing and apple sauce with the Hog, Mint and yogurt with the lamb and fiery chilli or horseradish with the Beef. They are all cooked long and slow and I can guarantee locally sourced, fresh, melt in the mouth portions.

I operate all over Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and the West Midlands and this will be my 18^th year in the business of providing outdoor catering, thank you for those who have repeated bookings with me so far this year.
